Ebbw Vale 22 Cross Keys 7

EBBW Vale emerged from Storm Callum with their 100 per cent record intact. Playing into the teeth of the storm, Keys seldom left their own half in the opening 40 minutes. They did, however manage to hold Ebbw Vale for nearly half an hour before scrum-half Dai Jones touched down.
No.8 Lewis Young produced the second try five minutes later, with captain Ronny Kynes, supported by his pack in a rolling maul, collecting try number three.
The wind subsided a little in the second half to make Vale’s task easier. Nevertheless, Keys spent rather more time in their opponents’ territory.
