Lewis hat-trick heroics not enough as Quins hold nerve

CARMARTHEN Quins bagged maximum points after edging out Bedwas.
The opening stages saw Quins cross out wide as winger Matthew John went over on six minutes.
Bedwas’ response was immediate with two tries from Pat Lewis.
A couple of Quins penalties by Aled Thomas brought them back into the game after Bedwas had spurned a few opportunists to extend their lead.
Just before the break Quins No.8 Lewis Millin was yellow carded and Bedwas took advantage by moving the ball across for Lewis to cross for his hattrick try and put Bedwas 20-13 up at hal...
