PONTYPRIDD were in irresistible from as they ran in seven tries.
They were up and running within five minutes thanks to a try from flanker Rhys Shellard, with winger Dale Stuckey converting.
The Valley Commandos dominated and got their second as powerful No.8 Morgan Sieniawski forced his way over. Again, Stuckey converted.
The hosts continued to create opportunities at will but Alex Webber and Alex Knott both missed giltedged chances before a slip from full-back Gary Williams almost let Llanelli back in...
