IN the first of 30 Premiership games that will decide the future of many of Wales’ oldest and most famous clubs, it was the Black and Ambers who drew first blood.
With four or even five clubs facing relegation next Spring, the importance of quickly getting a win under the belt was not lost by either side. Newport showed the greater urgency and cohesion in all they did.
