EBBW Vale made the perfect to start to the season as they scored six tries at Parc y Scarlets. They took an early lead after Rhys Jones kicked a third-minute penalty.
He then scored the first try three minutes later when Dominic Franchi found space to score in the corner. Jones converted. Their second try came on 15 minutes when Carl Meyer made the initial burst and Stefan Thomas stormed over the line before Jones successfully adding the extras.
