Powerful Ponty pull away with grandstand finish

BARGOED were in contention for the first hour before four tries in the final quarter saw Pontypridd run away from their hosts.
The visitors opened the scoring with a try from wing Dale Stuckey but they were caught out on their own line close to the halfhour mark.
A clearance kick from their in-goal area was charged down and then touched down by Bargoed fly-half Matthew Lewis, who converted himself.
