Crusaders take crown with three to go

DINGS Crusaders were crowned champions after returning to winning ways with a convincing 24-0 victory over Newbury Blues.
Crusaders were beaten by Camborne last weekend, only their fourth defeat of the season, but increased their gap to 19 points with just three games to play.
On this occasion Matt Smith, Joe Hawkesby and Aly Duddell were all try scorers with Ben Bolster slotting home a conversion and a penalty while Duddell converted the other.
Bournemouth stamped their mark on second place by beating third-placed Maidenhead 24-21.
