MICHAEL Collins has emerged as a transfer target for the Dragons.
The Auckland Blues utility back impressed during a seven-month stint at the Scarlets during the 2015-16 season.
Collins is eligible for Wales as his grandfather is from Llanelli and the 24- year-old can play both full-back and centre. He fits into Bernard Jackman’s philosophy of scouring the globe for Welsh-qualified players.
