Fit again: Tom Ellis

BATH flanker Tom Ellis has drawn inspiration from Exeter’s Sam Simmonds ahead of today’s final, in which he aims to take another giant leap along the road to recovery after ten months of injury hell.
Ellis, 23, looked destined for a senior England debut last May after being summoned for the Barbarians match. However, an ACL injury in training put a promising career on hold until his comeback against Northampton last Friday.
