WING Dale Ford helped himself to four tries as Carmarthen made it a perfect ten on home soil this season and closed to within a point of leaders Merthyr.
In a frenetic opening, it was actually Bargoed who scored first on two minutes through wing Duane Dyer, with fly-half Calum Jones converting.
