GUERNSEYremain six points ahead of the chasing pack after beating Westcliff 29-51 at The Gables.
However the Channel Island side did not have everything their own way as Westcliff made them fight for every point and on 50 minutes it was still level pegging at 29-29 before the leaders pulled away in the final quarter. The home side crossed for five tries from Olly Jones, Sam Brown, Jake Spivey, Ross Merrick and Jack Jones who also landed two conversions.
