Stuart Olding has found a new club after signing a two-year deal at relegated Top 14 outfit Brive.
The former Ulster centre and team-mate Paddy Jackson were both acquitted of rape following an eight-week trial in Belfast earlier this year.
But after a subsequent internal review by Ulster and the IRFU the pair had their contracts terminated leaving them as free agents.
And now Olding will link up with former Ireland and Ulster lock Jeremy Davidson at Brive, where he was recently appointed head coach after a role as forwards coach at Bordeaux-Begles.
With Jackson still searching for a new club after Clermont distanced themselves from the fly-half, Olding will be playing in the Pro D2 next season.
