THEleading pair of Birmingham and Solihull Bees and Peterborough Lions both picked up hard fought away victories, but it is the former who remain eight points clear at the top after a 14th straight win, beating Derby 36-23.
Early tries from Zane Raimondi and Max Rodman put the Bees in control and although Ben Marlow responded for Derby, Max Rodman’s score put the leaders 19-5 ahead.
