It was great to be able to watch live Premiership club rugby free to view again as Channel 5 kicked off their rugby coverage with the Quins v Saints game at Twickenham. The high-scoring game showcased rugby in an unrestrained way as Quins took full advantage of a woeful Saints performance that seemed to indicate that for some players it might be time to call it a day.
Sometimes it’s hard to cut the cord, holding on for just that bit longer, despite knowing that you have to let go but somehow just can’t do it.
