Raiders muscle into top spot after win

WITHtop of the table Hertford’s match away at Westcliff being postponed, Guernsey took full advantage to move into top spot following a 19-13 win over third-place Tring.
Anthony Armstrong, Sam Steventon and Dan Hill were the home side’s try scorers, Owen Thomas converting twice.
Tring, who were trailing 19-6, came back well in the closing exchanges to cross for a converted try to secure a losing bonus point which keeps them just above Barnes, who were 62-7 victors at home to Towcestrians.
