JERSEY were made to work hard by a team who have their sights set on the teams’ next encounter being in a Championship game next season.
The Reds scored four tries to two against National One opponents Coventry but were unable to pull clear in the closing stages, with the visitors taking heart from keeping the second half points tally to seven apiece.
