Narberth humbled as Quins cup run continues

CARMARTHEN Quins remain on course to go one better than last season’s runners up effort in the WRU National Cup.
The Quins came out on top against Championship side Narberth who faltered in the latter stages at the Lewis Lloyd ground.
But Richard Kelly’s team, who lost in last year’s final 25-18 to Llandovery, showed their Premiership Tier One class to run in eight tries to advance to the next round.
The Otters though, made the better start and went ahead through two, quick-fire Ianto Griffiths penalties.
