Giteau decides to end his career in Japan

MATT GITEAUwill leave Toulon at the end of the season and move to Japan.
The Australian played a key role in the French giants winning three consecutives European Cups as well as the Top 14 in 2014.
The 34-year-old, who has played 103 Tests for Australia, made his return to action earlier this year after breaking his ankle playing for the Wallabies against New Zealand in the Rugby Championship.
The French side also announced the signing of troubled Australian Rugby League star Ben Barba.
