A JACOB BOTICApenalty with the last kick of the game completed a stunning comeback for RGC 1404 against Merthyr.
They battled back from 24-3 down to leave victorious from what was a thrilling encounter at Parc Eirias.
Tries from Aaron Pinches, Tom Daley and Nathan Trevett had put the Ironmen in control, but a brace from winger Rhys Williams as well as a try from Tiaan Loots helped Mark Jones’ men get off to a winning start in Tier One.
