Regions can fly in low and then rise for prizes

THE closer it gets to the launch of the PRO14, the more I think the Welsh regions are going to go into the new season under the radar.
For all four teams, the pressure is off. That might sound stupid given the Scarlets are defending champions, but they’ve got nothing to lose in my opinion.
If they win the title again, it would be a big surprise and while they’re more than capable of doing that, I think Leinster and Munster will be the favourites and that could work in the favour of Wayne Pivac’s men.
