Dupont’s the best I’ve seen in pro era

There have been many landslide victories in sport but never one like Antoine Dupont’s in London last weekend, the most commanding of performances confirming his anointment as rugby’s player of the 21st century with 76 years to spare.
It may be a matter of time before someone with a vivid imagination claims the first sighting of his 20th century predecessor still sprightly enough at 76 to be spotted on one of the old training grounds from the Welsh glory days in readiness for a tete-a-tete with the one they call ‘The Martian’.
