The RFU’s failure to put in a robust, stringent regulatory framework has led to three Premiership clubs going bust this season, and hundreds of their players and staff losing their jobs.
However, it has not stopped the RFU splashing its dwindling supply of cash in its own backyard by advertising for a ‘Culture and Engagement Partner’.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a salary of between £55,000 and £58,950, and will have to be “committed to contributing and building an inclusive BACK culture” at the RFU.
