THE recent international eligibility law that allows Henry Thomas to be selected by Wales, just because he has not been selected by England for more than three years, is an ass.
Thomas, 31, was born in Kingstonon-Thames, went to Millfield, and played for England from U16 to U20 levels before winninging seven senior England caps from 2013-2014.
Until his move to Montpellier two years ago, Thomas was embedded in the English game, playing all his club rugby in the Premiership for Sale or Bath.
