Clubs still in limbo as RFU fail to plan ahead

Wasps are in the Championship next season following the RFU board’s approval of their structure under new owner Chris Holland, and their move to a groundshare with National One football club Solihull Moors at the 5,500 Armco Arena.
The news is not so good for Worcester, who were left in limbo after their new consortium failed to meet the regulatory and financial conditions required. In the meantime no-one at the RFU has seen fit to keep the 12 existing clubs in the Championship appraised of what happens next.
