RFU Council still does far more than most people realise

There have been a few comments in the Press lately about how some professional players seem to think that the RFU Council does nothing for the game and just sit in their ivory tower at Twickenham enjoying the access to matches.
It’s not unusual as most players at the top of the game have always shared that view, mainly because they see the Council as something that stops them getting what they want.
