Argentinian back-row Marcos Kremer’s last act for Stade Francais was to get sent off - for the third time this season - just five minutes into yesterday afternoon’s 31-20 qualifying play-off defeat to near-rivals Racing 92.
Referee Pierre Brousset had no choice but to send the Argentinian for a very early shower after he went shoulder-first into Scotland’s Finn Russell at a ruck before either side had settled down to effectively cancel out home advantage for Gonzalo Quesada’s side.
