PRESIDENT Biden spent his first hours in the Oval Office signing 17 executive orders. There should have been an 18th, demanding USA Rugby starts punching its weight.
Three wins in 25 matches across eight World Cup tournaments is almost as bad a return as Biden’s odious predecessor received from the courts as he attempted to overturn the election result.
The game has been waiting a mighty long time to crack the Stateside market. Without some help from the Eagles themselves, it will never happen.
