A long time ago I concluded that the self-interest of the Six Nations runs so deep, and they are so frightened of rugby advancing elsewhere in Europe, that we will drive ourselves insane waiting for them to do decent things. Equally, we will all long be six feet under before World Rugby actually becomes the world governing body and orders change.
