ENGLAND’S re-entry into international rugby this summer is not exactly box-office, with the USA and Canada due to play a Test each here in July. This itinerary against North American sides who have been stuck in the international second tier since the game went professional does not exactly get the blood pumping in terms of high-tensile Test action – or a chance for England to make proper amends for their myriad Six Nations failings.
