SINCE turning their back on relatively large BBC audiences in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, the PRO14’s profile has suffered a fate not dissimilar to Labour’s in Hartlepool.
Taking their competition behind a paywall may have been worth more money but there is a price for everything. The PRO14 paid theirs in lost viewers and a consequent drop in interest.
