DAMIAN Welch, former Exeter, Scarlets and Cardiff second row, is relishing his first management role after agreeing to become Plymouth Albion’s head coach.
Subject to final contracts being signed, The Rugby Paper expects Welch’s appointment to be confirmed this week and the 38-year-old is excited to be joining a club gunning for promotion to the Championship under the banner ‘Make Albion Great Again’.
