WORLD Rugby so reluctant to get involved in the controversial World Cup qualifier in Brussels, acted decisively enough this week to intervene and throw Tahiti out of the World Cup qualifying process after the small Pacific nation were deemed to have fielded two ineligible players during their ‘shock’ 13-9 win over the Cook Islands last August.
