Steve Hill talks to Tim Robinson, below, head coach at Scunthorpe in Regional North East 1

Why did you get into coaching rugby and how did you arrive at your current position?
I was a secondary school PE teacher and really enjoyed coaching rugby. I set up a rugby academy at a sixth form college in Scunthorpe alongside teaching PE, from which I finished my playing career at Scunthorpe RFC, back where it began. The head coach role became available when I retired and so I took the opportunity and have been in the role for the past 17 seasons.
