OLD Albanians registered their first home win of the season in a helter-skelter game of over 100 points.

Attacking was very much the order of the day but despite the try count there was some solid tackling.

OA were first on the board with try for Bailey Thomas. Star man Sam Jones converted, as he did with six of the eight tries.

Sevenoaks got on the board with a penalty form Ed Shepherdson who was successful with eight of his nine kicks.

OA’s George Watts scored next from a rolling maul, which proved effective for OAs and Sevenoaks collapsed a second maul on their goal line which led to a penalty try.

In between, Ben Cooper and Drew Forrester crossed for Sevenoaks which meant they went into half time 27-26 up.

OA were running the ball with their usual skill and further tries came in the second half for Alex Omale and two for Alex Noot, the second of which was the try of the match as he beat numerous defenders with a jinking run.

Despite the OA scores Sevenoaks stayed in contention with tries from Kenny Lee, Cade Cambier and Barney Stone to set up a relatively tense ten minutes.
