THE 2024 Olympic Sevens was a massive showcase for Antoine Dupont’s extraordinary sporting talent, but also for rugby union, not just in France, but globally. Full credit to the French Rugby Federation (FFR) for their funding of a fully fledged four-year sevens programme which brought the host nation its first gold medal of the games.
