Wimbledon pay homage to stalwart Green

Following a remarkable 45 years of service as a player, coach and administrator at Wimbledon, legend Jim Green has retired from the south-west London club.
The 68-year-old was first a teacher at a nearby school where his colleagues urged him to try his hand at rugby in 1979.
Since then, former prop and team captain Green has been involved at Wimbledon in virtually every capacity, including setting up a walking rugby team in 2020 during covid.
