Henry Slade proved to be Exeter’s match winner once again as the Chiefs beat Glasgow 19-17 to book their spot in the Champions Cup knockouts.
The Warriors thought they had snatched victory in injury-time when Euan Ferrie went over but his try was chalked off.
Slade, whose last-minute conversion saw Chiefs beat Toulon in December, said: “We showed a lot of heart in that game. We are incredibly pleased with the four points but have plenty to work on.”
