Rob Baxter believes that the 15 per cent drop in Premiership attendances from last season, revealed by The Rugby Paper last week, reflects the negativity circling the game in the last couple of seasons.
Exeter’s Director of Rugby has called on all those in the top flight to start talking about the quality of rugby being produced and create an environment fans want to be a part of.
