ALOT of things are starting to make sense now that my son and I have been diagnosed with ADHD and autism. For one, it has helped me to understand why life as a professional rugby player was so challenging. To be honest, I am pretty sure had I known what I know now when I first started out I’d have quit full-time rugby.
