Bristol's Director of Rugby Pat Lam believed this his side were their own worst enemies as they went down to Harlequins.
“We were quite quickly out of the blocks but made far too many errors in that opening quarter," he said. "If you keep dropping the ball and then repeatedly kicking it dead it’s virtually impossible to maintain any momentum and put any pressure on them.
