AS sad as the Jersey news is I am not surprised. I follow a lot of Championship rugby and have always wondered how sustainable clubs were. Six promotions in seven years, Jersey had to sell their ground in 2016 and then lease it back to pay off a million pound debt. Then recently local government funding ended.
