THE World Cup break in the Top 14 season has given club coaches plenty to think about. They were able to attack the opening pre-tournament three-match block of games with almost reckless abandon, safe in the knowledge that they then had an eight-week window before the league kicks off again, the day after the World Cup final.
But then they also had to answer the question of what to do with a group of physically fit, high-level athletes who have, officially, nothing to do for the better part of two months.
