RUGBY can be a game of soaring highs and lows, especially minnows such as Chile who, at 22, are the lowest ranked team at this year’s World Cup. It’s hard to envisage a win for Los Condores in Pool D with games against Samoa, Argentina, England and Japan but the South Americans have displayed plenty of ticker in even reaching France.
