The Junior Boks held off a valiant Georgian side in a brutally physical encounter to open their Championship campaign.
Fly-half Jean Smith converted a penalty after an early period of South African dominance before poor handling from Georgia allowed the Junior Boks to steal possession back and outside centre Katlego Letebele chipped ahead to gather his own kick and score the first try.
Smith converted for 10-0 after 25 minutes.
