We made it far too easy for Exeter, admits coach Lam

Pat Lam was left with a sour taste in his mouth after watching his Bears fail to finish the job off when they had 14-man Chiefs on the ropes.
The Bears boss admitted: “We had guys smoking them with our defence but then someone gives away a silly penalty, it’s wasted effort.
“We only have ourselves to blame because we made it pretty easy for them to get the crucial points in the end. We got hammered in the penalty count which gives up points.
