Oakham are heading to Twickenham for the final of the U18s Schools Cup after beating Finborough 38-19 at Shelford RFC.
It was a quick start for Oakham as co-captain Felix Starkey pounced on a loose ball to gallop away for the first try in the 14th minute, with Oliver Martin adding an intercept try three minutes later.
The sides then traded tries before half-time, leaving Oakham 21-7 up going into the break. They stretched the lead to 24 points after a fourth try and a penalty early in the second half.
