Dreams of playing for Wales again and getting another shot at top tier professional rugby in the URC or the Premiership drove Jersey’s Tim Grey to overcome an “excruciatingly painful” seven month injury lay-off.
The former Cardiff Blues and RGC star was at risk of never playing rugby again after tearing three ankle ligaments and breaking several bones in Reds’ home Championship Cup quarter-final win over Hartpury in May.
