Taunton Titans defended superbly to hold off Esher and secure victory on the road.
The hosts started strongly, with fly-half Sam Morley scoring under the posts in the third minute, leaving himself an easy task with the conversion.
Taunton were next to score through Toby East, with Jordan Gott adding the extras.
The hosts took the lead yet again as Morley scored his second try before again converting.
Taunton followed suit almost immediately, as full-back Connor Banks raced through and Gott converted to level.
