Dai Young has urged his Cardiff players to take more responsibility on and off the field and admits the club lacks leaders.
Inconsistency has plagued the Welsh club for the past few years with impressive home wins followed by heavy defeats on the road including a 69-21 hiding in Treviso at the end of last season. Things took a turn for the worse last Saturday after it was alleged a group of players threatened staff and threw eggs during a night out at a local pub with the club undertaking a thorough investigation after receiving complaints.
