England's men's and women's teams have named their squads for the Rugby World Cup sevens getting underway this Friday in Cape Town.
In what will be the last World Rugby competition before both teams merge with the other respective unions on the island of Great Britain to form a full-time GB Sevens outfit next year, each team have named experienced 12-person squads.
